You will find a home away from home in our luxuriously decorated safari tents (35m²) in Aquitaine. The tents are suitable for 2-4 persons. The wonderful specification includes comfortable beds, fluffy bath towels, privacy (we have 6 tents and maximum 20 people staying with us at a time) will ensure you of a great camping experience. Plus you will have your personal verandah with each tent for lounging and relaxation! Lighting in your tent is solar powered and each tent has its own bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) located just a few steps away.

The swimming pool is situated away from the tent area. It is 12.5m x 6m large and for common use.  

Simply Canvas is situated in a small hamlet at the end of a country lane. The only traffic noise will be from our neighbour's tractor or some background noise from the milking-machine when the farmer milks his cows. There is lots of space to enjoy a book in one of our hammocks or a great starting place for a walking holiday (one hiking route starts from our property). For children there is a loads of space to run around as well as lots of new things to discover within the grounds. There is a separate lounge area with large couches and a beautiful view. Our swimming pool is quietly situated away from the tents, inviting you for a refreshing dip.

We have created three enticing interior designs for our tents. French Traditional, beautifully decorated with items found at the many brocante markets round and about. Whitewashed Timbers is light and airy in all shades of white, with beautiful modern chairs on your verandah and the simplicity of Zen in natural colours. Whatever your taste, we have created the perfect ambiance for you.

One of our tents and its bathroom are accessible and suitable for the physically impaired.

We don't offer cooking facilities with the tents. Within our concept we offer 5 nights a week a table d'hote (dinner) (special prices for children). We meet on long wooden tables on the outside terrace or you can bring your meal to your own tent. Meals are freshly prepared with vegetables from our own garden or from local farmers. In the large cow barn there is a tea table where you can make freshly picked herbal tea and coffee and there is a microwave. In this space you also find a large fridge where each tent gets some space, an honesty fridge with drinks and icecreams that you pay for at the end of your stay and plates and cutlery to make your own lunch.
