In the rolling hills of South West France, there is a "Terroir", well known for its tradition and pure and delicious meals. There is a farmer's market in the area nearly every day with local produce. Chef Cook Jonathan Karpathios, owner of the restaurant "Vork en Mes" takes you along on a culinary journey. Not only on the dinner table but at the local farmer itself. In the morning you go out to get local fresh honey, goat cheese, saussages, organic vegetables and pick fruit directly off the trees. We meet in the afternoon where Jonathan will show you how to make the most beautiful dinners. On the endless long dining table we share our adventures of the day, enjoy wine and watch shooting stars.
