In Touch with your Country Side 14-21 June 2013; An introduction to Perma Culture and a more Self Sustainable Way of Living.

Our goal is to inspire and show you the small and big possibilities to living in a more self sustainable way and how much fun it is to do so!

Together we will cook with what we find on the land and in the veggie garden of Simply canvas, we visit a few local farmers and taste their wonderful produce. We show you a couple of inspiring documentaries and discuss how we can integrate this in our daily  lives. We’ll learn about the basics of permaculture  take up gardening ourselves and make a mini tea, herb and salad garden with recycled materials. We offer an introduction to aquaponics, a closed system where you hold fish and grow vegetables, and build a small system together. Of course we will visit one of the wonderful local markets in a medieval village, enjoy camp fires at night, watch thousands of stars and take a dive in the swimming pool.

You sleep in wonderful luxurious safari tents or the beautiful holiday home of Simply Canvas, close to Bergerac.

Costs are €550 in a 4-person shared accommodation €700 in a two-person shared accommodation and €850 in a 1-person accommodation including 3 meals a day and transfers, excl your trip to Simply Canvas.

What is systemic structure constellation?

This powerful process can be used to untangle the many levels of subtle, hidden webs that operate within systems (Individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities). It is a broader form of family constellations.

Systemic structure constellation is a wonderful tool that helps you to look at personal or business topics with a new and fresh perspective and to initiate positive changes.

Working with a constellation is to externalize your inner pictures and develop awareness of the hindering aspects within it.

By doing this and changing the picture with the support of the trainer into a desired, resourceful vision you find precious insights and get ideas for solutions and next steps to do.

We are very happy to have met Rita Klemmayer and are able to offer this week through her at Simply Canvas. Rita (German) is a psychotherapist, coach and theologist. For many years she has her own practice in Germany.

This retreat will be offered in German, English and/or French.
